Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using RDT Platforms (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Cookie & Privacy Policy set out below. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

RDT Platforms is a suite of business software modules operated by Real Data Technologies, provided to each client organization (“tenant”) as an isolated workspace. Depending on what your organization has activated, this can include:

• PSA — ticketing, scheduling, projects, assets, contracts and time tracking for MSP/IT service delivery.
• RMS — remote monitoring, patch management and remote access for managed devices.
• Glue — internal documentation, domain/credential tracking, a password vault and network mapping.
• HR — employee directory, attendance, org chart, payroll support and leave management.
• CRM — companies, contacts and sales opportunities.
• Finance — invoicing and billing.

Which of these modules are visible or usable on your account is controlled by your organization’s administrator and, in some cases, your subscription plan.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator or our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each tenant’s data — tickets, invoices, employee records, client information and everything else entered into the Service — belongs to that organization. We do not share one tenant’s data with another. Your organization’s administrator controls who within your organization can see or edit what, using the module and role permissions built into the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to store or process data you are not authorized to hold, and not to attempt to access another tenant’s workspace or data.

We use browser storage and, where applicable, cookies, to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Specifically:

• Session / authentication storage — used to keep you signed in between page loads. At present this is implemented using your browser’s local storage rather than a browser cookie; the practical effect for you is the same (it keeps you logged in on this device until you sign out or it expires), and this policy will be updated if that implementation changes.
• Preference storage — remembers small choices you make, such as your interface language, light/dark theme, and whether you have already seen the cookie notice or the first-login welcome guide.

These are essential to how the Service works — we do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Because this storage is essential, there is no “reject” option; you can clear it at any time from your browser’s own settings, which will sign you out and reset your saved preferences.

We retain your organization’s data for as long as your account or subscription is active, so the Service remains fully usable. If a subscription lapses or a trial ends, your workspace and data are kept as-is rather than deleted, so nothing is lost while you decide whether to continue — you will simply be unable to create new records in a module that requires an active plan until you upgrade. If your organization asks us to delete its data, we will do so within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or accounting retention obligations that may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
